This oven heats up incredibly fast and maintains consistent temperature throughout cooking. The propane connection is straightforward and the temperature gauge is accurate. We've made dozens of pizzas and each one comes out with a perfect crispy crust and evenly melted cheese. Much better results than our indoor oven ever produced.
